Who
is it for?
Organizations whose core processes are broken,
under performing or non-existent, and who can’t
afford not to get them right.
Our
approach
Core Process Optimization (CPO) is based
on two premises: First: minimum necessary
infrastructure. An organization should only
implement infrastructure to the extent that it
serves an essential purpose. Second, processes
have a life cycle. They should come into
existence when there is a clear business need,
evolve over time, and, if and when appropriate,
be eliminated.
CPO involves five stages:
Define, Evaluate, Develop,
Implement, and Optimize.
The
Result
Core processes specifically designed and managed
to drive results. A method for ensuring the core
processes stay lean and relevant.
