Our approach
The Strategic Change Implementation Process (SCIP) is based on the premise that successful change results from total alignment – the right focus, right people and right environment. SCIP treats the organization as an integrated system.

Our proprietary Strategic Alignment Model guides us in achieving total alignment and successfully implementing change. It targets the factors that drive performance and improvement, and the organization design factors that support both.

SCIP involves five phases: Definition, Validation, Mine-sweeping, Alignment, and Management.
