treats the organization as an integrated system.

Alignment Model guides us in achieving
total alignment and successfully implementing
change. It targets the factors that drive performance
and improvement, and the organization design factors
that support both.
SCIP involves five phases:
Definition, Validation,
Mine-sweeping, Alignment,
and Management.
